David received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 1974 where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, an academic honor society.  David received his Juris Doctorate, his law degree, from the University of Washington in 1977.  From 1978 to 1981 David was a deputy prosecuting attorney at the Clark County Prosecuting Attorneys Office where he tried and obtained over two hundred misdemeanor and felony convictions.  In 1981 David was a member of the law firm of Weber, Baumgartner and Gunn where he worked for over thirty years trying dozens of personal injury trials. David has settled or tried personal injury cases where his clients have received over a million dollars.  David is a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations as well as the U.S. District Court for Western Washington.  David has served as an arbitrator on numerous cases.  He has taught continuing legal education courses to fellow attorneys.  David has often been appointed by the Clark County Superior Court judges to serve as a guardian ad litem in injury cases to insure the children’s settlements were sufficient and protected.


Heather Crumbaker is David’s legal assistant with over seven years of experience of paralegal and personal injury claim analyst experience.  Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1974. In 1989 Heather obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College of Portland, Oregon.  Heather was a practicing chiropractor from 1989 to 1998 and is currently licensed by the state of Oregon as a Chiropractic Physician.  In 2004 Heather attended Clark College’s paralegal program and graduated from the College of Legal Arts obtaining her Paralegal Certification.  Heather applies her medical and legal knowledge to make sure the law firm’s clients receive the settlement or verdict they deserve.
